These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Soloist platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Registration and account

Registration is required to use the service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Not transfer access to your account to third parties

2. Subscription and payment

Some features are available under a paid subscription.

  • Payment is processed through the App Store (Apple), Google Play or Stripe depending on the platform
  • Subscriptions renew automatically — cancel anytime in App Store or Google Play settings
  • SMS are billed separately from the subscription
  • We reserve the right to change prices with at least 14 days' notice

3. Refunds

Since payments are processed through the App Store and Google Play, refunds are governed by their respective policies. We do not issue refunds directly — please contact Apple or Google support to resolve the issue.

4. Service availability

We make every effort to ensure the stable operation of the service, however:

  • We do not guarantee 100% continuous availability of the service
  • We may carry out planned maintenance and will notify users in advance
  • We are not liable for data loss or damage due to technical failures, software errors, or circumstances beyond our control; we make reasonable efforts to back up data but do not guarantee full recovery

5. Prohibited actions

When using Soloist, it is prohibited to:

  • Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without our permission
  • Resell or provide access to the service to third parties on a commercial basis
  • Use automated tools to scrape data from the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other users' data

6. Responsibility for client data

If you use Soloist for business purposes and store your clients' data, you act as the data controller under GDPR and applicable law. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of collecting and processing your clients' data and must obtain their consent where required.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the service — software, design, logos and content — belong to Soloist. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service solely for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including as to uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. Soloist is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, technical failures, software errors, or temporary unavailability. Soloist's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Termination of access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
