This Privacy Policy describes how Soloist collects, uses and protects personal data of users of the mobile app and website soloist.online. By using Soloist, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. What data we collect

When using Soloist, we may collect the following data:

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address
  • Account login data (including Google ID when signing in with Google)
  • Subscription and payment data: plan, status, transaction amounts. We do not store card details — they are processed by the payment provider
  • Device data for push notifications and Telegram (if connected)
  • Your business clients' data (names, phones, appointments, notes) — stored on your behalf. You are responsible for the lawfulness of collecting it

2. How we use your data

Collected data is used to:

  • Provide online booking services and schedule management
  • Send notifications and reminders (Push, Telegram, SMS)
  • Manage subscriptions and process payments
  • Improve service quality and provide technical support

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access. Passwords are stored as hashes, all connections are protected by TLS/HTTPS. Data is retained for the lifetime of the account and up to 30 days after deletion.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except to:

  • Apple / Google — payment and subscription processing
  • SMS provider and Telegram — delivery of notifications to clients
  • Cloud infrastructure — hosting and data storage
  • Cases required by applicable law

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent to data processing
  • Submit a data portability request

We will respond to your request within 30 calendar days.

6. Cookies

We use technical cookies to ensure the site works correctly (saving language, theme, session) and analytical cookies to understand user behaviour. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the site.

7. Children
